Professional Interests
With Kinesiology my interests include working with energy using a variety of supports to clear auric and chakra imbalances including colour work and energy remedies. I enjoy working with clients who have nutritional needs including absorption in diet and helping to find the right nutrition to support a person's needs.
I also help people to achieve their aims and change their lives, for example people who need to work towards achieving life or individual goals and finding out what they most need to support them in gaining these. Reflexology is a therapeutic way of treating the body and reflects the whole body in a very holistic treatment session. Massage and Indian Head Massage are also available and are both theraputic and stress relieving people at any time, whether you have a hectic lifestyle or just want to be pampered.
